Seek the Lord while you can find him.

Announcement of New Ministry Support:  The Missions Committee has committed to supporting Christian Union (CU) Vox at Dartmouth College in 2024.  CU Vox is dedicated to developing Christian leaders who effect cultural change locally and nationally.  Once the largest student group on campus, the organization was severely affected by the pandemic.  CU Vox has re-established a presence and is pursuing an expansion campaign to bring the Gospel to every undergraduate student.  They have an impressive academic regimen leavened by lectures, meetings, outreach, ecumenical interaction and collaboration with other religious and secular groups, and retreats.
They understand and endorse our practice of developing close and mutually beneficial relationships with our supported ministries.  We are confident that they will engage with us, beginning with a personal visit to our church on April 7 to meet us and present their ministry.  It will serve as a great start to what we hope will be a long and successful partnership.

Alpha Course starts at 6:30 p.m. this Sunday Feb. 25.  Alpha is a night of eating and group discussion. We look at some of the big questions of life, the answers that the Christian faith gives to those questions, and then everyone is invited to share their own thoughts in a safe and judgement-free space. You're invited, no matter your background or beliefs. If you're asking, “Is this really for someone like me?” the answer is “yes!” It's completely free and there's no pressure to come back.

Super Bowl collection: THANK YOU, to everyone that made our soup and crackers collection for the Lebanon Listen Food Pantry a great success. We delivered 127 cans of soup, plus crackers, mac and cheese dinners, spaghetti sauce, jelly, and green beans. The donations were greatly appreciated, and will make a difference to our neighbors as the pantry was out of soup and many food items. Watch for our next collection outreach project. Many, many thanks!
